![]() There were many adults and grandparents crowded into the arcade trying to get out of heat. I can't comment on the food as we never actually got to the counter or the lockers (sold out) or the bathrooms (lines were really long). The kids overall had fun but after 90 minutes due to the crowds and heat they were beat and we left. Now I know you can leave the building and re-enter so get a cooler to keep in your car to store drinks, snacks, etc. I read on line you can't bring your own food and drink in so I didn't bring any back up plan. After standing in line for over 30 minutes just to get a water, we quit. The only place to get a non-alcoholic beverage is the concession stand. The only air conditioned space is the arcade with one small bench that about 4 average size adults could share. ![]() The windows of the dome are slightly open and the heat is tremendous. Next, yes this is an indoor park but it is extremely hot and humid. Most kids parks allow at least one adult in that isn't participating but responsible for the minors. I wish I would have known this ahead of time. I had to buy a $39 ticket to enter and literally sit. I was shocked to learn this is not allowed. I was planning to sit and be on site as the chaperone. Second, I bought tickets for the boys, not for myself as I wasn't going to actually enter the water. We were in line about 20 minutes to check-in even though we did everything ahead of time. However, upon arrival, you stand in the same line as everyone else and the lines are not well organized and a bit chaotic. I pre-purchased tickets on line several days before (as suggested on the site). Here are all the things I wish I would have known and prepared for.
